So far, I found out this course is very useful because before that I didn't know much about Mandarin Conversation. Although not all the words I can cope / remember but it is good enough for me to understand every single word. I like to attend this course because this is one of my interest and I very grateful to it.

From the beginning I join this course, I have no problem with my Laoshi because he knows how to handle the situation. The way he teach also not boring, and I enjoyed it because I knew he has worked hard to make us success. Sometimes I felt guilty because I afraid I couldn't make him proud as what he wished for. Anyway, I will work into it.

To me it is very educational and interesting. As an adult student, I always want to learn languages. And Mandarin Chinese Conversation is one of them. I learn a lot not only talking Mandarin but also Chinese culture.

Laoshi's method is simple, and understanding our limited IQ. He is very patient and considerate.

I definitely look forward to each class that I attend. I get disappointed when it has to be cancelled or postponed because I find the classes to be really participative & fun. I get to meet with people from all walks-of-life & learn from them. Students are free to voice out their opinions / points-of-view, share their experiences. I find this open communication to be the best way to learn.

My Laoshi always seems to be able to teach new things in a fun way. It's never boring. His stories / jokes are hilarious but helps us to remember certain words / phrases. Our class always seems to be filled with laughter.

Laoshi inspires his students as you can tell he has great passion / enthusiasm for the "Huayu" (Mandarin Chinese) language. I remember him saying "Mandarin is such a beautiful language." He really does make learning "Huayu" a pleasant experience. I don't see learning "Huayu" as a tremendous difficulty because he makes it easy to learn.

As Laoshi he himself comes from an English-speaking background, it makes it easier for us English-speaking adults to grasp certain concepts that at first we do not understand. He just seems to have a way to make things understood. I like his method & I think it really works. Keep it up, Lao Shi! ("Jia You2!")

Oh ... plus I like the fact that I can "sms" Laoshi directly if I have any queries. Overall, I think the tuition / training centre provides good services (not just service, but services) ... meaning they are helpful (Ms. Tiong & Laoshi) and friendly. And, Laoshi will endeavour to answer any questions of mine A.S.A.P. and as best as he can.

I definitely can't wait for each lesson to come, to learn more from Laoshi. I must say, attending Laoshi's class is really enjoyable, satisfying & intellectually stimulating!
